Envoy – A Delivery Service for Students

“An Envoy is like a friend who can stop by any restaurant around campus and pick up food for you.” Essentially, you’ll get paid to deliver food to your peers.

How does it work?

According to the website, student’s use the EnvoyNow app to place orders from local restaurants, and that order is then delivered by another student envoy to a house, apartment, dorm room, library – even a lecture hall.

What are the requirements?

  • Must be a student
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Own an iPhone
  • Mode of transportation

What’s really cool about Envoy is that you do not have to have a car to deliver – you can also use a bike, skateboard or longboard, motorcycle or scooter!

What are the hours and pay like?

You can work as many hours as you would like as you are your own boss. You will get paid a majority of the delivery fee and 100% of the tip. The website says that you could make up to $25/hr at peak hours.

My Experience
